Get the project done right

Letter to the Editor: 

Should the city cut odor control on the new waste-water treatment plant to save an est. $300 K on the $16.3 M construction bid. This was a poll in the Ranger on Wed May 14th.

I asked why we are taking it out at the last committee meeting. I was told that it was not needed because it took the odor out of inside of the building only.

Lets hope that is the case because an estimated saving to tax payers is between $100 and $150 is this really worth taking out, what about the employees that work in the building. Just like too have the project done right the first time.
