In response to the Mayors comment on my resignation from the Glendive Police Department. The city did not do all they could to keep me as the Mayor stated. The lack of progress with the K-9 Unit is not a result of changing my mind on a 5 year commitment.

Saturday I got my newspaper out of the tube and read the school board was considering changing the DCHS mascot. WHAT??!! Holy fourth of July weinie roast. What are the pack of silly fools thinking of? What’s wrong with The Red Devils? The best name I’ve ever heard for a team mascot. A sculpture of three dogs is what started this cockeyed idea? The more they talked about it, the more it grew on them? The Dawson County Red Rovers? Our school mascot named after a schoolyard game?

Outraged by protests

I was outraged as I watched the peaceful student protests become nothing more than a propaganda machine for Trump and NRA hating Democrats and the liberal left. Shame on them for minipulaing our children into believing parents who support the 2nd amendment care more for guns than their kids. The unmitigated gall of those who elbowed their way into the protest flanked by armed guards to chant gun control and blame the NRA for the Flordia school killings has sunk to nothing more than aberrant lies.
