The Glendive Fire Department responded to a report of a gas smell at Maddhatters Thursday morning. The GFD responded with two trucks and found low levels of gas within the building. Montana-Dakota Utilities was also on the scene. Glendive Fire Chief Russell Feisthamel said the culprit was most likely a gas stove with faulty pilots.
