Our sympathy goes to the family of Elayne Deines, who passed away Oct. 13, 2018. Elayne was born in Glendive on Jan. 6, 1950 to Art and Coda Christianson. On June 30, 1969, she married Gene Deines. Elayne worked many years at Eastmont until they closed down. Elayne always loved to dance with her father Art (he was a good dancer too) Art and Elayne spent much time at Hodges dancing at the Hodges Hall. Elayne always had time to talk about her family and was very proud of them. Elayne was preceded in death by her parents, Art and Coda Christianson. Her husband Gene, daughters Jamie, Angela and Kimberly and one son Ryan, her sisters Marie and Kay and her brothers Jim and Mervin survive her. Church services were held Oct. 26, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Elayne’s sister Marie was unable to be at the funeral. Marie had heart surgery and is doing all right.
