I have gone home on Friday, October 9, 2020 after the Death of Christ. My many sins have been forgiven because He rose three days later and I believed.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Glendive Alliance Church with Pastor Phil Elmer officiating. Interment will follow in Dawson County Cemetery in Glendive. Silha Funeral Home of Glendive has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Auch du leiber!!

My grandma Krebs would say, oh, my goodness!

What a ride this life has been and how privileged I have been to be on it!

God chose me to be a part of His amazing world on August 17, 1953, born to Frank and Liz Haas in Billings. My dad passed away in 1961. Stepdad George joined the family in 1962. Having moved a dozen times, I was finally able to call Glendive “my home.”

Randy and I were married in 1975, and were blessed with three children: Jeremy, Jason and Randi. We spent many hours chasing kids between events, ranging from baseball, football, softball, music competitions, forensics, school plays and Olympics of the Mind.

My greatest job was being a “mom.” I adored my kids and loved watching them grow into awesome adults. The absolute pinnacle of my life was becoming a grandma! I helped daycare my youngest grandson and provided an adult presence for my other grandkids when their parents were working. Being a mom is great, but being “grandma” is better!

I am survived by my beloved husband, Randy; sons, Jeremy and Jason; daughter, Randi Lynn; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; mother, Liz Vandeberg; brothers, Dale, David, Dan and Darren Vandeberg and Jeff Stockwell and Evan Strano; and the youngest man to ever steal my heart, Kyler Frank.

Please do not spend money on flowers. Instead, honor those fighting and those who have lost the fight against cancer. A favorite group of ours is the Glendive Community Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1144, Glendive, Montana 59330. This fund helps those in need in the Glendive area with the financial burden that accompanies cancer.
