Work continues on the Ground Tied bronze sculpture that will be placed in front of the Dawson County Courthouse sometime this year. Monday began the molding process for the art piece. Artist Pamela Harr explained the process in an email, noting she has documented around 250 hours of time on the project and applied about 120 pounds of clay over the past seven months.
