Justice of the Peace Stacey Nerison presides over Dawson County Justice Court.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Bruce Delorey pleaded guilty to operating a non-commercial vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or great - first offense misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and pay court costs of $85. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended. He must also attend ACT classes.

Justin Grey Eagle pleaded guilty to operating a non-commercial vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or great, first offense. He was fined $1,000 with $400 suspended. He was ordered to pay court costs of $85 and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. He was also ordered to pay $86 in restitution and to attend ACT classes.

VICIOUS DOG

Michael Brophy pleaded guilty to “vicious dog data conversion default.” He was fined $200, all suspended. The dog was euthanized and Brophy was ordered to pay $473.13 in restitution.

NO LICENSE

Cody Bassett pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while the privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay court costs of $35.

Ronald Droze pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while the privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay court costs of $35.

ADDITIONAL CITATIONS

Nerison also address the following citation during the week of Nov. 4-10: Speeding, 11; seatbelt , operating a motor vehicle with expired registration, 2; seat belt violation, 4; dog at large, 1.
