Linda Gregg

Linda Gregg went to meet her best friend Bill on the evening of Dec. 1, 2020 at the Rosebud Health Care Center in Forsyth, Mont. after an arduous fight against the COVID-19 virus.

Linda was born in Glendive on May 1, 1948; the youngest of seven children between Edwin and Hertha Beyl.

Linda grew up and went to school in Glendive. She married Bill Gregg in 1967 moving around the state of Montana where they finally settled in Colstrip in 1975. During many adventures came three children which kept Linda busy chasing them from activity to activity. Linda was an active member of the Women of the Moose and enjoyed crafting, ceramics, baking, gardening, making porcelain dolls, sewing, and numberous more hobbies. Linda was an amazing cook and she loved family gatherings. Linda also loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to travel and see new places. But nothing could compare to going back to Glendive and spending time on the farm with her sister Bev and brother-in-law Don Buxbaum.

She is survived by daughters Loni (Charles) Hartman of Colstrip, Dicki (Mike) Pterson of Colstrip and son Bobby (Stephanie) Gregg of Moses Lake, Wash. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and god-children.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill Gregg, parents Edwin and Hertha Beyl, her brothers Jim, Edwin, and Glen; sisters Beverly, Sheila and Betty Lou.
