Jean (Schlicht) Smith
Jean (Schlicht) Smith passed away peacefully in her home in Missoula on Jan. 24, 2023 after a valiant battle with cancer.

Jean went on to further her education at the University of Montana, graduating in 1960. After attaining her degree, Jean moved to California, where she worked for the San Diego County Probation Department in Juvenile Supervision. While in California, Jean met and married Mack Smith.

After retiring in 1991, they bought a home and settled in Missoula. Jean was active with her PEO group, the Method- ist church and they both were avid supporters of the U of M Arts and Athletic department. GO GRIZ!
