Happy New Year! With the success of our Chair Yoga program introduced in 2021, we have decided to extend the program into 2022! Chair yoga is held on Wednesday mornings at the center from 9 -10 a.m.

If you are looking for something new to try, Linda Cunningham is now teaching BAL-A-VIS-X at the center on Tuesday mornings from 9 -10 a.m. BAL-A-VIS-X is a brain exercise that helps with balance, stability, getting centered and focused. It also helps in building new brain connections. This brain exercise has also been used to help those who have a had a stroke, have ADD (attention deficit disorder), or those who may suffer with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
