DUIOn May 19, Joni Gail Anderson’s offense of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, was amended to driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense. The defendant was fined $600, was ordered to pay court costs of $85, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with nine days suspended and was credited with one day served. In addition, the defendant was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation, attend Prime for Life classes and the defendant’s driver’s license was suspended for six months.
